RBC Insurance in Mississauga, Canada, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Fraud Intelligence Solutions. You will own the plan, operating rhythm, and outcomes—production detection used by investigators and governed to regulatory standards.

This is a data/AI fluent role within a regulated financial institution, not a generic PM post. You will lead multiple delivery teams, drive production deployments, manage complex roadmaps, and challenge architecture choices while collaborating with business

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of cloud data platforms, data engineering pipelines, and ML scoring systems.
• 8+ years in data platform, ML, or AI product delivery, including 4+ years leading multi-team delivery.
• Experience in regulated financial institutions with architecture governance and model risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across several teams with dated plans, checkpoints, and quarterly targets.
• Ship into production with detection in use by investigators and regulatory compliance met.
• Navigate complex dependencies, coordinate roadmaps, and manage escalations.
• Arbitrate scope and quality, balancing technical complexity with business value.
• Review architecture and scoring designs, prototype with AI tools, and challenge decisions.
• Partner with claims and investigators to translate domain expertise into requirements.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to senior executives in business terms.
