Groupe Dynamite is seeking a data-fluent Sr. Product Owner, CRM & Loyalty to join our Digital Product team in Montréal.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, you will shape how customers experience our brands post-acquisition, translating insights into a roadmap focused on engagement and lifetime value. As custodian of the customer golden data set, you’ll ensure data fidelity and real-time personalization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused industry (Retail or E-commerce preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Braze; knowledge of SFCC and SFEC.
• Data architecture, data flows, APIs, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Agile/Scrum with full backlog ownership, sprint planning, and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Translate retention objectives into Epics and an actionable product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end optimization of features and journeys to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Lead feature lifecycle from ideation to launch with a robust testing backlog.
