Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal is seeking a Program Manager, Loyalty to own the loyalty program end-to-end for GARAGE and DYNAMITE. You will lead a team, own P&L, shape long-term vision, and align customer data, retention strategy, and experience design across 브랜드.

You will partner with CRM and analytics to segment and personalize journeys, drive growth and retention, and ensure a distinctive, on-brand loyalty experience across both banners.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of loyalty, CRM, customer strategy or related experience.
• MBA or marketing/business/economics degree.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and annual planning experience.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in omni-channel, multi-brand retail or consumer environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own loyalty program vision, business case, P&L, ROI, and performance.
• Define program economics, rewards, tier benefits, and value proposition.
• Build forecasting models and multi-year projections.
• Drive member growth, retention, engagement, and incremental revenue.
• Analyze cohorts, CLV, purchase frequency, and churn indicators.
• Translate insights into tier progression, earning mechanics, and redemption incentives.
• Collaborate with CRM and Analytics to segment and personalize campaigns.
• Design end-to-end member experience and events across channels.
• Ensure brand-consistent GARAGE and DYNAMITE experiences.
