Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Owner for CRM & Loyalty to lead the digital product roadmap focused on retention, engagement, and lifetime value across GARAGE and DYNAMITE brands.

You will own the golden customer data set, enable real-time personalization, and guide a Scrum team through backlog priorities with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product ownership,strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze experience, and a solid understanding of data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience in a fast-paced consumer-focused industry (Retail or E-commerce preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Braze; knowledge of SFCC/SFEC is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Translate retention objectives into Epics and an actionable product roadmap.
• Own end-to-end optimization of features and customer journeys to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Customer Insights, CRM/Marketing, E-commerce, and Analytics to align priorities.
