Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal leads the GARAGE and DYNAMITE brands, seeking a Program Manager for Loyalty to own the program end-to-end.

You will manage P&L, shape long-term vision, lead a team, and work at the intersection of customer data, retention strategy, and experience design across online and offline channels. You will partner with CRM and analytics to build segmentation and personalization, driving member growth and retention for both brands.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of loyalty, CRM, customer strategy, management consulting or related field experience
• MBA or marketing/business degree preferred
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and/or annual planning experience
• Strong hands-on analytical skills, translating customer insights into program improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in team management

Responsibilities

• Own loyalty program vision, business case, P&L, ROI, and performance
• Define program economics, rewards strategy, tier benefits, and value proposition
• Build forecasting models and multi-year projections
• Drive member growth, retention, engagement, and incremental revenue
• Build segmentation frameworks for personalization and lifecycle targeting
• Craft and own end-to-end member experience and community events across channels
• Ensure program consistency across GARAGE and DYNAMITE while keeping offerings distinct
• Lead and galvanize stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Finance, and Tech
• Support development of direct reports
