Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to enable high-performing product teams in a hybrid Quebec setting. You will coach cross-functional groups, shape scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes coaching, facilitation, and change management across complex environments, with a focus on sustainable operational excellence and alignment with leadership goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cross-functional product teams.
• Experience in product operations or similar roles; PM/Engineer/Designer background is a plus.
• Strong facilitation skills and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to improve ways of working and implement durable changes.
• Surface actionable insights from field observations to leadership.
• Design lightweight frameworks and minimum viable processes for efficiency.
• Scale agile practices across multiple teams with knowledge sharing.
• Ensure teams use product and delivery tools to promote transparency and outcomes.
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and facilitation to teams and leaders.
• Assist with OKR planning, decision-making, and outcome measurement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
