Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with cross-functional product teams.
• Background in product operations or similar roles; PM/Engineer/Designer a plus.
• Comfort with product and delivery tooling (Aha! and Azure DevOps a bonus).
• Strong facilitation and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional product teams to identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support teams in implementing sustainable change.
• Surface actionable insights and recommendations from on the ground observations to leadership to drive organization-wide improvements.
• Design and implement lightweight frameworks, guidelines, and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency (with a minimum viable process mindset).
• Scale empowered, agile ways of working across multiple teams by sharing patterns and best practices.
• Ensure teams are using product and delivery tooling effectively to promote transparency, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and facilitation to product teams and leaders as needed.
• Support teams and leaders with OKR planning, decision-making, and outcome measurement.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of agile practices.
