Bentley Systems in Quebec, Canada, invites applications for a Senior Product Operations Manager. Reporting to the Open Applications division COO, you will influence multiple product teams, coaching, and shaping scalable processes across the product lifecycle.

You will partner with division leaders, product managers, and development managers to implement lightweight frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and scale agile ways of working while delivering measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross-functional product teams.
• Background in product operations or similar roles; experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer is a strong plus.
• Comfort with product and delivery tooling (Aha! and/or Azure DevOps is a bonus).
• Strong facilitation skills, including experience with conflict resolution, group dynamics, and working across diverse personality styles.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with cross-functional product teams to identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support teams in implementing sustainable change.
• Surface actionable insights and recommendations from 'on the ground' observations to leadership to drive organization-wide improvements.
• Design and implement lightweight frameworks, guidelines, and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency (with a strong 'minimum viable process' mindset).
• Scale empowered, agile ways of working across multiple teams by sharing insights, patterns, and best practices in impactful ways.
• Ensure teams are using product and delivery tooling effectively to promote transparency, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and facilitation to product teams and leaders as needed.
• Support teams and leaders with OKR planning, decision-making, and outcome measurement.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and support the adoption of practices that enable learning and adaptability.
