About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team remotely in Canada. Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, you'll be the key contact for upcoming product launches. The ideal candidate is experienced in go-to-market strategies, branding, product development, and measurement, and can facilitate effective communication between Marketing and Product teams.
You will learn the product’s strategy, understand its customers, and develop tools and campaigns to introduce and sell the product. This role is strategic and creative, leveraging insights and data to craft messaging, creative, and tactics.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Define growth strategies and advocate for customer needs in product launch planning
2. Lead market research to gather customer insights, validate product roadmaps, and monitor competitors
3. Create comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with various teams
4. Partner with cross-functional teams on campaign development from briefing to analysis
5. Coordinate efforts across product, marketing, and business units to identify effective tactics
6. Develop go-to-market strategies including messaging, positioning, and PR
7. Collaborate with product teams to plan launch strategies for new products and features

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, commerce, or marketing
• 5+ years in product marketing
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success in leading complex initiatives across organizations
