You’ve supported product launches and sales enablement in dynamic B2B SaaS environments, bringing structure, strategy, hustle, and heart.

- Own the end-to-end product launch process, from positioning and internal enablement to external messaging, demand generation, and PR/AR.
- Build and maintain scalable GTM playbooks to align cross-functional teams on launch goals and execution plans.
- Assess and scope launch impact, tailoring activities for minor releases or major innovations.
- Develop Positioning & Messaging
- Own the positioning and messaging framework for our platform and core features, ensuring resonance with target personas and differentiation in a competitive market.
- Translate complex product features into compelling narratives for customers.
- Lead cross-functional messaging workshops to align teams around our value narrative.
- Partner with leadership to shape our strategic market narrative.
- Champion the Voice of the Customer
- Conduct customer and prospect interviews, win/loss analyses, and persona/JTBD research to inform strategy.
- Surface customer stories, needs, and objections to influence product roadmap, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
- Become an Onfleet superuser, deeply understanding our product, personas, and value proposition.
- Enable Go-To-Market Teams
- Maintain consistent messaging across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, collaborating to embed messaging into conversations.
- Partner with marketing on campaign content, demand generation, and field activities.
- Develop sales enablement tools such as battle cards, objection handling guides, product one-pagers, and demo scripts.
- Support training and onboarding programs for new features.
- Partner with Product
- Act as a strategic liaison translating roadmaps and features into customer value.
- Provide input on pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategies based on customer insights and market landscape.
- Analyze the Competitive Landscape
- Conduct ongoing research to identify market trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain battle cards, competitive one-pagers, and briefs to inform strategy and differentiation.
- Build the PMM Foundation
- Define and scale processes, tools, and templates to ensure long-term success of the team.
What You’ll Bring
- 6–10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably in Series B–D stage or mature organizations.
- Proven success in full-spectrum PMM responsibilities including launches, messaging, sales enablement, research, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to operate strategically at leadership levels and tactically in execution.
- Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, creating clarity and frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent project management skills, with daily use of tools like Jira or Asana.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with last mile delivery logistics or supply chain.
- PMM certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, PMA).
- Experience with pricing & packaging strategies.
