At ENDVR, we’re focused on empowering the world’s best action sport, optical, outdoor, and lifestyle brands to connect with in-store associates. We’re the digital platform focused on sales in the physical world, making it easy for brands to engage with retail sales associates to drive sales, share product knowledge, promote their brand, and gather data to measure success in real-time.

About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and directly own the Product Marketing and reporting responsibilities within the team. You’ll own the full marketing strategy - from product marketing to content and demand generation - and manage a small but mighty team. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to align our brand, messaging, and campaigns with user growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion goals.

What you’ll do:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
2. Own and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to PLG, Sales, and CS motions
3. Lead OKR planning in collaboration with the CRO and Chief of Staff
4. Manage and coach a team of three: Partnerships Manager, Content Marketing Specialist, and Demand Generation Manager
5. Align cross-functionally on product launches, sales priorities, and growth initiatives
6. Positioning, Messaging & Enablement
7. Define ICPs, buyer personas, and segmentation strategy
8. Create compelling messaging and positioning frameworks by segment
9. Lead product and feature launch planning with Product and Growth
10. Partner with Sales/CS on enablement content and win/loss insights
11. Demand Generation
12. Own strategy and execution across paid, organic, and partner channels
13. Optimize lead scoring, nurture workflows, and campaign analytics
14. Build strategic partnerships and run events to drive SQLs
15. Content & Brand
16. Set and lead content strategy to support SEO, brand awareness, and thought leadership
17. Ensure consistent storytelling and brand voice across all channels
18. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to scale content production
19. Performance Tracking & Reporting
20. Report regularly on marketing performance and team impact
21. Continuously refine strategy and execution based on data insights

You’ll Thrive If You...

1. Have 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a PLG environment
2. Have led cross-functional marketing programs and managed direct reports
3. Are a strong storyteller and strategist who can balance big-picture vision with tactical execution
4. Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
5. Know your way around modern marketing stacks (HubSpot, Wordpress, Intercom etc.)
6. Are data-driven, curious, and energized by fast-paced environments
7. Love working across teams and wearing multiple hats
8. Enjoy being remote but if you're living in Montreal, be open to spending time in the office too
9. Experience in early-stage, high-growth SaaS startups
10. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile would be a benefit
