• 5+ years of product management experience in startups or scale-ups.
• Ability to define roadmaps and drive execution from concept to delivery.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and collaboration with design/engineering teams.
• Experience gathering customer insights and translating into initiatives.
• Independent, proactive leadership in distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Adaptability in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead product initiatives through the full product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to translate strategic priorities into user-centered solutions.
• Gather, prioritize, and address diverse needs of customers and internal stakeholders across multiple product lines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and maintain momentum in a remote-first environment for timely delivery of outcomes.
• Balance long-term strategy with urgent customer escalations and evolving business priorities.
• Apply strong PM judgment to manage competing priorities and continuously improve the payroll product experience.
