Push Operations is a remote-first company that values efficiency and passion. We are seeking a Product Manager to own the payroll and integrations vision, working with engineers, designers and payroll specialists to guide strategy rather than executing someone else’s roadmap.

You will drive payroll initiatives in Canada and the United States, manage a broad integrations portfolio, and sunset or refactor components as needed, while ensuring customers see real value from launches.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with end-to-end ownership of a product area.
• Hands-on payroll experience in Canada or the US.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with complex operations.
• Fluency with APIs and integrations at product level.
• Clear, persuasive writing and a track record shipping products.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and roadmap for payroll and integrations.
• Drive payroll initiatives across Canada and US jurisdictions.
• Own the integrations portfolio end to end.
• Talk to customers regularly and understand their needs.
• Define metrics for payroll accuracy and integration health.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, support, sales, and customer success.
• Build go-to-market plans and ensure successful launches.
