Job summary

Push Operations is a remote-first company seeking a product leader to own the payroll and integrations vision. You will set direction across two critical surfaces and work with engineers, designers, and payroll specialists to shape the roadmap.

In this role you’ll drive payroll initiatives for Canada and the United States, manage a 50+ integrations portfolio, and define metrics to guide decisions. A track record shipping customer-facing B2B SaaS products is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, owning end-to-end product areas.
• Hands-on payroll experience in Canada or the United States.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with real operational complexity.
• Comfort working with data directly to form a view.
• Fluency with APIs and integrations at a product level.
• Clear, persuasive writing with impact.
• Track record of shipping products that customers adopt.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the product vision and roadmap for payroll and integrations.
• Drive payroll initiatives across Canada and the US, from discovery to launch.
• Own the integrations portfolio end to end: build, maintain, refactor, sunset.
• Talk to customers regularly to understand their day-to-day payroll needs.
• Define metrics for payroll accuracy and integration health and guide decisions.
• Collaborate day-to-day with design, engineering, QA, support, sales, and CS.
• Build go-to-market plans with customer-facing teams and ensure successful launches.
