The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for a platform product manager who excels at the intersection of B2B integration, developer enablement, and partner ecosystems. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should "speak dev" fluently and be capable of guiding technical product definitions that support safety-critical communications.

The Skills/Requirements Needed to Succeed:

• Product management experience with both technical and customer-facing aspects.
• Experience working with developers, understanding integration workflows, and guiding architecture-level thinking without coding.
• Background in SaaS.
• Strong skills in platform enablement, APIs, and defining modular functionality.
• Long-term vision to define vertical market strategy, expand integrations, and create competitive differentiation.
• Experience with JSON structuring for messages and location packets.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, Postman, Swagger for testing.
• Familiarity with SDK structures, such as embedding location/messaging SDKs.
• AWS knowledge (especially Lambdas) is helpful but not required to be hands-on.
