Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Digital Enablement CRM Solutions to oversee CRM capabilities in IB Retail & Digital Banking. You will drive client experience, oversee enterprise CRM roadmap, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with Analytics, Digital Banking, and Global Technology teams across markets.

You will lead change management, coordinate with stakeholders, and present insights to executives.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in a highly cross-functional environment.
Bilingual in Spanish + English required (professional proficiency in both).
3+ years’ Agile experience.
3+ years’ experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience building and deploying CRM solutions from a business standpoint.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, define vision and roadmap for CRM capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate goals into actionable product plans.
Align CRM capability map with distribution and growth segments.
Use data and analytics to identify user needs and measure product performance.
Work with engineering, design, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features.
