Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, digital product strategy, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into delivery-ready roadmaps and epics.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmaps, business cases, and benefit forecasts for high-impact digital initiatives.
• Lead discovery and initiative framing to guide requirements and delivery.
• Define epics and ensure high-quality specifications for squads.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence prioritization and investments.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
