Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Channel Performance to lead planning, measurement, and optimization of digital sales across Canadian Banking products and journeys. You will translate performance data into executive-ready insights and drive growth opportunities with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong data-driven decision-making, expertise in digital channels and customer behavior, and the ability to simplify complex information for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in digital performance, analytics, product performance, business performance management, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience with executive-level performance insights, strategic reporting, and ad hoc analyses to inform senior leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with Big Data and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Spark, Hive) and strong SQL and Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital funnel analysis across assigned portfolios and KPIs.
• Identify friction points and opportunities impacting sales and digital adoption.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives and actionable insights.
