Job summary

Elastic in Canada is seeking a Product Manager for the Control Plane team to shape the back-end orchestration and scaling products, delivering delightful experiences at scale.

You will lead roadmap, collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing, gather market insights and customer feedback, and use AI to accelerate outcomes while maintaining autonomy in a distributed, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Familiarity with infrastructure cloud technologies, distributed data stores and developer-focused products.
• Proven track record of using AI to accelerate work while owning outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and switch between projects based on priorities.
• Autonomous work style with distributed team communication (asynchronous).
• Ego-free attitude focused on team and company success.
• Empathy, transparency and a good sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Define parts of the vision and roadmap for Elastic’s Control Plane, focusing on management, orchestration and scaling capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on GTM, messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Gather market data, customer feedback and usage information to develop product insights.
