Orchestry is a remote-first SaaS company in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, seeking a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful areas of the product from discovery through launch and iteration. You’ll spend time with customers, turn insights into opportunities, and shape solutions with Engineering and UX.

This hands-on role emphasizes customer discovery, data-driven decisions, and strong collaboration across teams to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong customer discovery skills and ability to translate insights into product decisions.
• Experience owning products through full lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and leadership without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Build strong relationships with customers and participate in discovery calls, sales conversations, and post-launch validation.
• Identify customer problems through research, data, market trends, and input from Sales and Support.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear direction, priorities, requirements, and prototypes.
• Partner with Engineering and UX throughout discovery and delivery, involving them early in problems.
