Job summary

OpenText in Canada is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define strategy, own roadmaps, and drive GTM for one or more product lines. You will analyze market dynamics, gather client feedback, and prioritize initiatives in a fast-moving AI-forward enterprise software environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evangelize products, and shape investments across the OpenText Business Network portfolio, delivering cloud-native solutions and user-centric experiences.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of professional experience in product management, enterprise software, cloud platforms, or B2B ecosystems.
• Strong skills in market analysis, competitive research, and client discovery.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make trade-offs across competing demands.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development tools.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and owning product outcomes.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Private/Public Clouds, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude) and ability to vibe coding/wireframing product demos.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and Go To Market execution for one or more product lines, from ideation to delivery.
• Analyze market dynamics, client feedback, and usage data to inform decisions.
• Drive roadmap development in quarterly agile cadence with product charters, requirements and epics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development, UX, product marketing, and field teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Evangelize your products internally and externally, articulating value and vision to stakeholders and clients.
