OneSignal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for a high-scale B2C engagement platform. You will partner with engineering, design, and marketing to define API requirements and deliver customer-centric features for mobile and web apps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product experience operating at scale in a tech company or fast-growing startup.
• Strong design skills and familiarity with at least one design tool (Figma).
• Strong technical orientation with a quantitative background and ability to navigate complex technical requirements.
• Strong data analytics skills; SQL is a bonus.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality products at scale.
• Resourceful, autonomous, with urgency to tackle new challenges.
• Business sense to quantify the value of features and align with business teams.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and cross-channel customer messaging/engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area and prioritize work for maximum impact.
• Talk to customers to understand problems and translate them into opportunities.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to explore ideas and shape solutions.
• Validate hypotheses early, prototype, test, and gather data.
• Dive into technical details of the product and APIs.
