Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Strategic Pricing in Canada to architect pricing frameworks across Bell Business Markets, leveraging AI/ML to influence pricing decisions and profitability. You will balance new business and retention, working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

The role requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience with AI‑driven pricing tools. Hybrid work arrangement from Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pricing, finance, product management or telecommunications.
• Experience with AI/ML in pricing, forecasting, or dynamic pricing.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with data synthesis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate data insights into strategy.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building; influence senior management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pricing intelligence to optimize margin and competitiveness.
• Identify and implement pricing structures using SWOT and Total Cost of Ownership.
• Position product value, streamline processes, and support BBM account teams.
• Manage opportunity funnel, track metrics, ensure governance.
• Gather and disseminate competitive intelligence and market threats.
• Provide sales training on pricing strategies and product value.
