Bell is seeking a Director of Strategy and Corporate Development to lead strategic finance, modelling, and capital planning for Bell AI Fabric. You will work directly with senior executives, craft investment cases, and guide growth opportunities for Canada’s largest sovereign AI platform.

The role requires broad financial stewardship, strong communication with the Bell AI Fabric Board, and the ability to manage teams while delivering timely, decision-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Typically 6-10 years in strategic finance, corporate development, or related finance roles.
• Strong modelling capability with integrated models and business cases.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts for executives and board.
• Experience supporting high-stakes deals, partnerships, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to executives for investments and growth initiatives.
• Build and drive integrated models, forecasts, and decision tools linking demand, pricing, capital, and tax.
• Lead capital allocation processes and prioritize across projects.
• Translate inputs into clear, executable plans with owners and milestones.
• Support transactions with rigorous economics and due diligence.
