Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior Product Owner, Digital to shape the long-term direction of a high-visibility digital portfolio. You will define the product and value proposition, leading initiatives from concept through backlog prioritization to execution and optimization.

You will operate at both visionary and operational levels, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable value across agile development teams and the wider organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in digital platforms, e-commerce, or telecoms.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with development squads.
• Deep market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify trends and gaps.
• Proven ability to lead without formal authority in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical constraints into scalable digital solutions.

Summary

Are you an experienced product leader ready to shape the long-term direction of a high-visibility digital portfolio? We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Owner, Digital to define and drive strategy across complex, business-critical digital product areas. In this high-impact position, you will own the product definition and value proposition of key digital initiatives and lead them through the entire lifecycle—from concept and backlog prioritization to execution and optimization. You will operate at both the visionary and operational levels, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable value across agile development teams and the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define & Champion Strategic Vision: Establish a compelling long-term digital product vision that aligns with Bell’s business objectives and puts the customer first.
• Own the Digital Roadmap & Backlog: Build, prioritize, and oversee complex, multi-team roadmaps and product backlogs that drive meaningful business impact and customer value.
• Lead Agile Execution: Act as the primary Product Owner in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives). Translate market demand and customer requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with UX/UI design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and go-to-market execution.
• Influence Senior Stakeholders: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing clear, data-driven recommendations on product strategy, risks, and progress.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Focus on initiatives that deliver measurable results (e.g., revenue growth, user engagement, retention) and use analytics to continuously optimize the digital experience.

Critical Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, specifically within digital platforms, e-commerce, or telecommunications.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working directly with development squads.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to conduct deep market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify trends and gaps.
• Leadership Skills: Strong communication and listening skills with the proven ability to lead without formal authority and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical constraints into commercially viable, scalable digital solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific tools or technologies relevant to the company's products [Specify tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence, specific programming languages
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
• MBA or related advanced degree.
