Job summary

Instacart is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive adoption of flagship ecommerce products with large retailers in North America and beyond. You will lead consultative, technical discussions, guiding customers through implementations and integrations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will develop technical presentations, tailor content for diverse audiences, and stay aligned with product and engineering to showcase Instacart’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Engineering or similar roles.
• Experience selling technical products and scoping integrations.
• Ability to develop and own technical presentations and communications.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical concepts and business value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development to drive adoption of Instacart products.
• Lead technical discussions with executive stakeholders to engineers.
• Understand Instacart ecosystem to provide consultative services.
• Build and share technical sales materials to scale process.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Solutions teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Define internal processes and requirements for early scoping.
• Identify opportunities from customer discussions and market trends.
• Provide feedback to Product teams to shape offerings.
• Manage multiple work streams across customers.
