Job summary

The Royal Canadian Mint is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the product team responsible for developing, delivering and managing profitable Mint products. You will guide product design, packaging, and marketing plans, while interfacing with Sales on roadmaps and collaborating with R&D for innovations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive portfolio strategy across Numismatics and Bullion, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and relevant work experience.
• Proven strategic thinking and business acumen to drive product plans.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across marketing, sales, R&D and operations.
• Excellent bilingual communication (English & French) required at hire.
• Experience presenting to leadership and managing multi-portfolio programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the annual Product Portfolio and long-term life-cycle strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to market products and develop channels.
• Contribute to annual business reviews and translate learnings into marketing plans.
• Coordinate with NPI/NPD and Operations to ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and performance management of the team.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer relationships and profitability.
