Job summary

Eaton’s Milton, Ontario facility is seeking a Product Line Manager for Low Voltage Distribution Assemblies. You will lead the marketing function, set product strategy, price realization, and cross‑functional collaboration with Development, Operations, and Sales.

This role focuses on profitability and growth across Canadian manufacturing sites, with responsibilities including market analysis, pricing strategy, and leading the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related sales, marketing or project management experience.
• Strong technical product aptitude in electrical distribution and control systems.
• Solid understanding of relevant industrial and commercial markets and technologies.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada; no relocation provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and marketing plans, pricing strategies, and ensure cost competitiveness.
• Manage product market strategies to maximize sales and profit potential and guide product development priorities and budgets.
• Lead pricing/positioning to reflect market pressures and margin trends.
• Oversee Marketing Communications to align corporate positioning with business plans.
• Coordinate with Sales to align product development with customer/industry needs.
• Ensure policies and relationships are maintained with customers and channel partners.
• Support the General Sales Force with direction, information, tools, and training.
• Develop Profit Plans and direct Marketing resources to meet goals.
• Create the Business Plan for products and the business across markets.
