Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical sector in Toronto is seeking a Product Manager to lead Critical Power and Services product lines, driving lifecycle strategy, profitability, and market growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years in a technical product management or Offering Management position.
• 5-7 years of related sales, marketing or project management experience is required.
• Preferred: P. Eng., CET or C. Tech designation.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full accountability for the assigned product portfolio, including P&L, revenue growth, market share, profitability, and objectives.
• Develop and execute annual strategic, profit, and market plans with analysis and forecasts.
• Analyze market conditions, sales performance, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and execute product line strategies and roadmaps supporting growth and compliance.
• Lead new product introductions, pricing, and commercialization plans with cross-functional alignment.
• Translate VOC feedback into product enhancements, and support life-cycle management.
