Job summary

Eaton's Electrical sector is seeking a Product Line Manager to join our Milton, ON facility. The role leads marketing for the Low Voltage Distribution Assemblies product line, including strategy, pricing, and support for manufacturing sites across Canada.

The position offers day-one benefits and a salary range of $125,000 to $156,000 per year. You will direct the marketing team, collaborate with Product Development, Operations and Sales, and drive profitable growth through market analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations, or Business
• Minimum 5 years of related sales, marketing or project management experience
• Strong technical aptitude in electrical distribution and control systems
• Understanding of relevant industrial and commercial markets and technologies
• Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
• No relocation provided

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and competitors, develop product and marketing plans, establish pricing strategies, and ensure optimum cost position
• Manage product market strategies to maximize sales and profit potential; prioritize product development and budget tradeoffs
• Lead pricing/position strategies to meet corporate objectives amidst competitive pressures
• Coordinate Marketing Communications to align corporate positioning with business plans
• Interface with Sales to focus product development on customer and industry needs
• Ensure policies and relationships with customers and channel partners are maintained
• Support General Sales Force with direction, information, tools, and training to exceed goals
• Develop the Business Plan for products and business including market, segmentation, trends and revenue analysis
• Focus product lines to ensure well-defined portfolios and cross-product collaboration
