Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Toronto, ON is seeking a Product Manager to own the lifecycle and growth of Critical Power product lines and services. You will lead cross-functional efforts across sales, engineering, and support to deliver customer-focused solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong product management expertise, market analysis, pricing strategy, and collaboration with North American teams to drive revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in a technical product management or offering management role.
• 5–7 years in related sales, marketing or project management.
• Previous marketing experience as a sales engineer or product/technical specialist.

Responsibilities

• Own the product portfolio P&L, revenue growth, market share and profitability.
• Develop and execute annual strategic plans, market analyses and roadmaps.
• Analyze market conditions, sales data, customer needs and competition.
• Lead product launches, pricing, and lifecycle management with cross-functional teams.
• Translate VOC into product enhancements and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Operations for customer solutions.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities and provide technical guidance.
