Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with power distribution equipment.
• Experience applying CFD, thermal, structural, and seismic analysis to product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to commercialisation, achieving technical excellence and schedule adherence.
• Provide technical leadership for design, development, and sustainment of low- and medium-voltage equipment.
• Champion validation and certification activities per CSA, UL, IEEE, IEC, and other standards.
• Develop product roadmaps, technology strategies, and governance processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and certification agencies.
