Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical sector is seeking a Product Manager to join the Marketing team in a hybrid role at the Milton, ON facility. The position oversees marketing functions for assigned product lines, including P&L, strategy, and profitability.

The role requires a university degree in engineering, operations, or business, with at least 5 years in sales, marketing, or project management. Preference for MBA and P.Eng. Certification. Salary ranges from CAD 93,000 to 117,000 per year.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or project management.
• Knowledge of ATS, emergency power systems, generators, switchgear or related power management products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• No relocation is provided.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in future.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• P. Eng Certification.
• Experience in marketing as sales engineer, product engineer or product/technical specialist.
• Experience with critical power applications, data centres, healthcare, industrial, utility, or commercial markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Business Plan for the products and business, including market, segmentation, and revenue analysis.
• Coordinate marketing communications to align with business plans.
• Coordinate between sales and Marketing to focus product development on customer needs.
• Lead introduction of new products with roadmaps, pricing, and forecasts.
• Ensure Sales Force has direction, information, tools, and training to meet goals.
• Collaborate across product lines to enhance Eaton’s total solution offering.
