Job summary

Mastercard in Toronto is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Development to drive the disputes portfolio by turning concepts into commercial products through pilots and commercialization. You will partner with Engineering, Customer Research, and Experience Design to build roadmaps and business cases.

You will translate requirements into product specs, collaborate with global teams, and leverage data to evaluate market opportunities and anticipated impact.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience translating business requirements into product requirements.
• Experience contributing to product development lifecycle and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Support generation and analysis of new concepts and solutions for the Disputes portfolio.
• Interface with internal product teams, customers, and technology teams.
• Contribute to development of concepts into commercial products from concept through pilot, incubation and commercialization.
• Assist in developing and maintaining roadmaps, product feature plans and business cases.
• Build working relationships across Global Products, Technology, and regional teams.
• Help build a strong pipeline of disputes-focused initiatives.
• Use data-driven approaches to assess market opportunities and support business cases.
