Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Senior Designer, Product Development in Calgary to lead the concept-to-execution design of residential models. You will own space planning and structural design decisions, primarily using Revit and AutoCAD, to help Brookfield Residential solidify its market-leading position in Calgary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and Calgary bylaws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive concept development and manage new models from initial concepting through to sales release with stakeholders.
• Create drawings for floor plans, sections, and options using AutoCAD or Revit while following Design Guidelines and Calgary bylaws.
• Coordinate with Architectural Controls, trades, and engineering to develop constructible structural solutions and innovative model standards.
