Job summary

Rockwood Custom Homes in Calgary, Alberta seeks a dedicated professional for Project Management & Design Administration to lead client projects, coordinate meetings, review selections, and manage budgets alongside the construction team.

You will liaise with owners, trades, suppliers and internal staff, handle design components, take measurements, and contribute to change orders and quotes while upholding Rockwood's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience
• Administrative and organizational experience
• Business experience is an asset
• Interest in home and interior design
• Design accreditation or training is an asset
• Academic accreditation in business, project management, or administration is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects with the construction project manager and interior designer
• Create and adhere to detailed project budgets
• Review and analyze supplier quotes
• Create change orders and perform budget comparisons
• Complete site measurements and take-offs
• Guide design component selections with clients (flooring, tile, lighting, finishes)
• Procure materials and liaise with trades
• Support administrative duties and production of client design/site books
