Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 2 in a lead role.
• Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring teams.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and user-centered design.

Responsibilities
