Job summary

Analyst Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Toronto for a hybrid role onsite 3 days a week. You will lead large-scale technology procurement programs, guiding RFP preparation, vendor management, and risk controls to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive experience in program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record delivering multi-party initiatives in a public/private setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in project and program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management leadership for large-scale, complex technology projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks across multiple bidders and vendors.
• Coordinate with Metrolinx, service providers and stakeholders to administer PRESTO contracts.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedule and budget and report to senior management.
