Job summary

GardaWorld is hiring a Senior Processor in Toronto, Ontario, to provide operational support and ensure deadlines are met while delivering top service. You will train cash processing staff, coordinate daily scheduling, and generate client reports in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience and/or knowledge of the Cash Services Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and make decisions quickly.
• Facility to organize and prioritize work activities.
• Strong teamwork and partnership orientation.
• Strong critical thinking and active listening.
• Available for days, evenings and overnight shifts.
• Ability to work in a noisy environment with a great deal of physical movement required.

Responsibilities

• Providing training and supporting the cash processing staff on procedures to ensure a successful operation.
• Coordinating the cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Making daily reports for customers.
• Maintaining accurate records in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Monitoring product quality and following established procedures.
• Maintaining inventory control of all production supplies/equipment used in cash processing.
• Troubleshooting and resolving processing problems.
• Recommending processing systems modifications to enhance safety, quality, machine efficiency and productivity.
• Other connected tasks.
