Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Staff, Product Owner for Partner Relationship Management. This remote role is based in Canada (Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta) and focuses on designing and delivering scalable PRM solutions with Impartner and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Impartner expertise: 8+ years configuring, managing, or owning the Impartner PRM platform.
• Core Salesforce experience: 5+ years with CRM and external PRM tools sync.
• Product ownership / BA background: 6-8 years in agile environments.
• Process mapping: document complex workflows and to-be gap analyses.
• Cross-functional leadership: strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Project execution: manage backlogs, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Platform Expert for Impartner PRM, defining partner portal workflows and lead distribution procedures.
• Bridge business and tech by documenting requirements clearly for developers.
• Map as-is and to-be processes to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce and Impartner sync logic and data flows to protect GTM integrations.
• Collaborate with architects and devs to design clean integrations with Salesforce, Impartner, and related tools.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment with user acceptance and change enablement.
• Own the PRM roadmap with quarterly enhancements for partner experience and scale.
• Define metrics and monitor adoption and operational targets post-launch.
