OSI Maritime Systems in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to manage project deliverables across the full lifecycle for moderately complex initiatives in the maritime sector.

You will lead planning, scheduling (P6), risk registers, and stakeholder communications while coordinating engineering, production and support staff to deliver on time and within budget. This role offers growth toward a formal PMO path and exposure to client relationships.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in a Systems Delivery domain with end-to-end project responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage client relationships and scope.
• Risk management, budgeting, scheduling and resource coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects: define objectives, negotiate scope.
• Create and manage schedules and resources (P6).
• Maintain the Project Risk register and monitor risks.
• Communicate with customers on scope, schedule and issues.
• Lead customer meetings and resolve issues within budget and schedule.
• Track EAC, manage budgets and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project team and resolve resource conflicts throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support PMO-related tasks and processes as needed.
