Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Land Development & Municipal Engineering to lead high‑impact projects across Ontario, from greenfield to infill, with hybrid work options in GTA and surrounding cities.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships, oversee budgets and schedules, and drive proposals and growth while guiding municipal approvals and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering; includes 2+ years in a project management role.
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario, or eligibility to obtain.
• PMP certification considered a strong asset.
• Proficiency with project management tools and financial tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development and municipal engineering projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
• Act as the primary client liaison, building strong, long‑term relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management.
• Drive business development through proposals, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Guide teams through municipal and agency approvals processes, leveraging established stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Uphold quality, safety, and performance standards while delivering sustainable, community‑focused solutions.
