Job summary

Synechron in Mississauga is seeking a seasoned technical program manager to drive cross-functional delivery of platform initiatives across engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.

You will manage program roadmaps, coordinate between vendor resources and internal teams, track risks and delivery status, and report to senior leadership. The role also includes onboarding new team members and working within a flexible hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years technical program/project management experience.
• Experience in blockchain, fintech, or large-scale platform programs.
• PMP/Agile certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across engineering pods.
• Coordinate between vendor resourcing teams and internal stakeholders.
• Track risk, issues, and delivery status; report to leadership.
