Apexon seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive the integration of fintech capabilities within the Fiserv ecosystem. Required experience includes 8+ years delivering large programmes in banking, fintech or payments, with a track record of platform modernisation and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

Technical Program Manager - Fintech Platform Integration

Role Summary:

Looking for a technical delivery leader with strong financial infrastructure knowledge - not a traditional PM focused on Jira/RAID/status reporting.

Must: Banking, payments, or fintech experience strongly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead to drive the integration of StoneCastle capabilities into the Fiserv ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning deposit products, core banking platforms, APIs, data integrations, cloud technologies, and regulated financial services platforms.

The role will serve as the primary coordination point between Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, Finxact, SC Trust, INDX, and external banking partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic integration initiatives. The programme includes enabling insured deposit products, merchant savings solutions, payment integrations, digital asset-related capabilities, and enterprise platform modernisation efforts

Required Qualifications
