Job summary

Synechron, a multinational technology consulting firm, seeks an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads. The role focuses on running sprint ceremonies, removing blockers, tracking velocity, and onboarding new engineers into agile workflows.

We are seeking a Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $120k - CAD $125k/year & benefits (see below).

Requirements

• 7+ years Scrum Master experience in software engineering environments .
