Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a Senior Planner & Scheduler in Edmonton, AB, to build and manage project schedules for pursuit and execution teams. You will read RFPs, develop baselines, and maintain as-built records in a fast-paced construction environment.

The role requires extensive scheduling experience with P6 and MS Projects, and the ability to coordinate with field teams on multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of construction scheduling experience or equivalent.
• Experience on data centre and pharmaceutical projects.
• Working knowledge of scheduling software (P6, MS Projects).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret RFP bid documents and scheduling requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Update baseline and as-built schedules with field data.
• Produce periodic schedule reports and participate in review meetings.
