Ledcor is seeking a detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler to support heavy civil construction projects in Edmonton. You will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with field teams and subcontractors, and ensure alignment with timelines, scope and budget.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar capacity, proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6, and strong Excel skills. Collaborative planning with estimators and project managers is essential to drive on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in heavy civil construction.
• Engineering degree, tech diploma or journeyperson certificate.
• Experience with MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Experience with resource loading and earned value reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute the schedule including updates.
• Monitor and report progress affecting planned schedule.
• Contribute to development of working schedules for Estimating.
• Develop and plan AWP/IWP with superintendents and coordinators.
• Maintain master schedule with resource loading, baselining, look-aheads.
• Coordinate with project team and estimating procedures.
• Provide schedule content and presentation to project managers.
• Expand knowledge to improve team productivity.
• Combine data from disciplines into an integrated schedule.
• Analyze sequence changes and critical path impacts.
• Inform discipline leads on priority work streams and timelines.
• Collect information from superintendents for scheduling updates.
• Communicate schedule outcomes effectively.
