Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a senior construction scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for complex projects. You will develop Baseline schedules, update progress, perform what-if analyses and Time Impact Analyses, and support Earned Value Management as required.

You should have 6+ years in construction scheduling, strong experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and familiarity with TILOS and Acumen Fuse. On-site collaboration and clear communication aligned with EllisDon's values are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Familiarity with TILOS and Acumen Fuse is a plus.
• Experience on-site construction and in a project team.
• Clear communication aligned with EllisDon's values.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the RFP bid documents and create the Pursuit Schedule in Primavera P6.
• Ensure schedules meet EllisDon's Best Practices in format, layout, content and quality.
• Develop the Baseline Schedule and update it monthly or as required for each project.
• Report on the accuracy and reliability of the information provided; include progress and forecast.
• Attend and participate in internal project review meetings and generate reports for teams.
• Incorporate resource and cost loading data and provide Earned Value Management services as required.
• Develop microwork schedules, what-if analyses and Time-Impact-Analyses as needed.
