Indotronix Avani Group seeks a senior Pipeline Engineering Lead to guide a team of engineers and SMEs across Ontario and Quebec. You will set priorities, drive standardization, and ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance in pipeline design and operations.

The role requires advanced technical leadership, coordination with regulators and vendors, and the ability to balance safety with project economics while advancing new technologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Registered P.Eng in Ontario.
• 8+ years pipeline engineering experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of pipeline design, materials, welding, NDE, coatings, CP, AC mitigation and codes.
• Ability to apply risk-based methodologies to assessments and design decisions.

Mansioni

• Lead the Pipeline Engineering team, including supervisors, technical managers, and subject matter experts, setting clear priorities and fostering accountability and safety culture.
• Establish and maintain pipeline engineering standards, specifications, designs, and controls meeting regulatory requirements.
• Deliver engineering services for transmission and distribution pipelines including assessments, designs, approvals, and emergency support.
• Oversee materials, welding, NDE, coatings, CP, corrosion mitigation, and related disciplines.
• Apply risk-based methodologies to engineering decisions balancing safety, reliability, and financial priorities.
• Partner with operations, integrity, capital projects, regulators, vendors and industry bodies to drive performance and introduce new technologies.
