Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Manager, Engineering Gas Pipeline in Toronto, Ontario to provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting pipeline assets across Ontario and Quebec.

You will lead supervisors and engineers, set standards, support design, maintenance and incident response, and drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement while collaborating with regulators, operations, vendors and project teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation with PEO.
• 8+ years of progressive pipeline engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline design, materials, welding and integrity practices.
• Understand codes, standards, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strategic and risk-based thinking for complex engineering decisions.
• Valid Ontario G Class driver's licence and ability to travel.

Join a leading energy organization as a Manager, Engineering Gas Pipeline and provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting pipeline assets across Ontario and Quebec.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop supervisors, technical managers, and engineering specialists
• Establish pipeline engineering standards, specifications, and technical controls
• Provide engineering support for pipeline design, maintenance, operations, and emergency response
• Oversee expertise in materials, welding, fusion, coatings, and corrosion mitigation
• Apply risk-based methodologies to engineering assessments and technical decisions

Successful candidates will have:

• Demonstrate 8+ years of progressive pipeline engineering experience
• Bring experience leading engineering professionals and multidisciplinary teams
• Possess strong knowledge of pipeline design, materials, welding, and integrity practices
• Understand applicable codes, standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Apply strategic and risk-based thinking to complex engineering challenges
• Hold a valid Ontario G Class driver's licence and ability to travel as required

Total rewards:

• $135000.00 - $170000.00 annually
